KATE CONWAY

Kate currently works as the Event Manager at the automotive company Hyundai in High Wycombe. Having been there over six years, she joined from Tesco and prior that held an agency role at a MedComms agency managing trade shows globally.

Having been in the industry for over 20 years she has ridden through the peaks and troughs of the economy. In 2001 marketing and event spend was reduced following 9/11 and in 2008 the same happened during the last recession, so she has plenty of experience of being creative with a limited budget. She is looking forward to sharing ideas and hopefully picking up some useful tips.
